TRINITY WEEKLY BULLETIN - Week commencing 12th May 2025

Whole School Updates

Reporting absence

Please support our office team by reporting absence BEFORE 9:00am each day. It is really important for protecting your children that we have an accurate record of who is in the building, should we need to evacuate for a fire.

Please include your child's SURNAME and CLASS as this makes processing their absence so much easier and quicker. If you are emailing the office, please copy in your child's teacher as this keeps everyone in the loop.

If you need to cancel your child's school lunch please do this via the School Gateway app to avoid being charged (where applicable)

Plea from Michael our caretaker

Please can parents stop their children standing on the gates as they wait to be let into school each morning. It is making Michael's job much harder and he is worried the gate is getting damaged. He asks kids every day to stop doing this, but without support from parents it isn't working. Thank you.

Half Term camps

We have been asked to share details of two camps running during May half Term:

  • Performance Sports Group multi-sports camp at the YMCA (Years 3-6)
  • Elite Camps Henley at Sacred Heart School (Age 4-13)

For more details, see the flyers at the bottom of this Bulletin.

Vacancies

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join our friendly office team. The successful applicant will ideally have experience in general administrative / financial work within a school and experience of administrative systems. If you are interested in finding out more or applying please visit the VACANCIES PAGE of the website.
