Twiggy Fridays

As per our emails, for Fridays in June we will be doing Twiggy Fridays, instead of PE.  For these sessions, please could your child please come into school in long sleeved clothing and trousers (with waterproofs if the weather looks wet). The last session will be on the 27th June.

  • PE - Wednesday and Friday

Year 2 Cricket Festival - Tuesday 10th June

Please remember to respond to the email sent on 4th June regarding the cricket festival for Year 2 pupils on Tuesday 10th June. This will only take place if parents are able to support by walking the children to and from Henley Cricket Club. Deadline for responses is today (Friday 6th).

Phonics Screening Checks (for children in Miss Rolfe & Mrs Woolfson's Phonics Groups)

The Phonics Screening Checks will be taking place week commencing 9th June. Please continue to play Buried Treasure, Picnic on Pluto and Dragons Den (Phase 5) in preparation for this. 


Lower Key Stage 2 (Years 3 & 4)

Year 4 Multiplication Tables Check

Following on from our email sent on 4th June, just a reminder that Year 4 pupils will be completing the statutory Multiplication Tables checks at school from 9th - 13th June. For more information, including how to support your child ahead of the checks, please refer to the email.

Cricket Festival - Years 3 - Tuesday 17th June

Please remember to respond to the email sent on 5th June regarding the cricket festival for Year 3 pupils on Tuesday 17th June. Cowell Class PE Days

Unfortunately there was a mistake in the Curriculum newsletter and Cowell class PE days for Term 6 are actually Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.


Upper Key Stage 2 (Years 5 & 6)

Consent Reminder

Please remember to return consent, where appropriate, for the Year 6 rowing at HRC and the Year 5 trip to Hill End. Please check the Bulletin each week as we have more Year 5 sporting events coming soon.

Gillotts Pioneer Days - 17th & 18th June

Parents should already have received information from Gillotts about the Pioneer days on 17th and 18th June. Trinity will be sending out additional details soon, so please continue to check your emails and the weekly Bulletin.

Year 6 Cake Sale and Enterprise Project - Friday 13th June

On Friday 13th June, alongside our cake sale, Year 6 pupils will be selling various items they have made as part of their enterprise project. Posters will be displayed around school with details and prices. Parental support at home to finalise the products and marketing materials would be much appreciated! Please bring a few extra coins to the sale next Friday to show your support - they have been working very hard on this!

Year 6 Performance of Matilda Junior - Wednesday 2nd July

On Wednesday 2nd July, parents and carers are invited to a performance of the Year 6 production of ‘Matilda’. Performance 1 will be at 1.30pm and Performance 2 will be at 6.30pm in Trinity Church (finer details will be communicated in due course). All Year 6 parents, carers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings and friends are invited to attend either one or both of the performances. The children have already been working incredibly hard and are so excited to perform!  The version of the musical we are doing is 'Matilda Junior' if your child wants to listen to the soundtrack on YouTube.
