		<item>	<title><![CDATA[ Higher Level Teaching Assistant ]]></title>

Salary range: Grade 6 (&pound;26,824 pro rata for term time only)<br />
Contract: Term-time only<br />
Start date: 1st September 2026</p>

<p>We are looking for a professional and friendly individual as a dedicated Cover Supervisor/HLTA to join our brilliant team. This role is line managed by the SENCO and involves working with the teacher to plan and deliver activities and supporting the pupils with routines, transitions and behaviour management. You will play a crucial role providing class cover from EYFS to KS2 to release teachers during PPA, and cover absences. We are seeking someone who is an excellent communicator, adaptable and works well as part of a team.
