Trinity Primary School is an outstanding school set in beautiful grounds in Henley on Thames. It currently has 300 pupils from Reception to Year 6.

We are looking for a School Business Manager who can be proactive flexible and self-motivated with strong relevant experience.

Do you have: 

  • A proven track record of effective school financial management

  • Experience of working in an office environment at a management level

  • A proactive approach to problem solving and overcoming challenge

  • Ability to prioritise workload and use initiative

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to organise and motivate a small team.

  • Knowledge and experience of school management systems.

Teaching Assistant

Salary Scale starts at Grade 5 Pt 5 £19 312 Pro Rata
Term-time only • Required to start  ASAP

The children, staff and governors are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our friendly, hardworking team. The role will include working with small groups / 1 : 1 support.

Part-Time Receptionist


Hours: 7 hours per week | Temporary Term Time Contract

We are looking to appoint a part-time temporary Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to work in our fast-paced office. You will work alongside our administrative team to provide excellent support to colleagues, children and parents to ensure the efficient running of the school.

  • The ideal candidate will show high levels of confidentiality, have a professional telephone manner, excellent I.T, written and spoken English skills.

  • You will be responsible for completing a number of different administrative processes and should be able to prioritise work effectively and work on your own initiative.

We are looking for:

  • A highly organised individual who has experience in completing administrative tasks and is able to remain calm under pressure.

  • A self-motivated, enthusiastic and resilient individual with good attention to detail and the ability to work to a high standard.

  • A team player with a ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to look for solutions and take responsibility for their area of work.
