Our Values, Ethos & Aims

A love of learning, a curious mind and respect for others.

Our Vision is to strive for the highest standards of learning and teaching, within a caring Christian community that encourages respect for all.  We seek:

  • To provide a love for learning in a happy and stimulating environment where children can reach their full potential and are valued for who they are.

  • To strive for excellence in our education provision, through innovation and creative thinking.

  • For children to be independent, confident and active learners who are resourceful and resilient.

  • To create effective partnerships within and beyond our school community.

  • To encourage respect and care for others, adopting our school Christian Values that pupils will carry with them throughout life.

Our Values education

At Trinity, we teach by the values of ‘Courage, Care and Respect’, fostering a sense of community and consideration for others, along with the confidence to aim high.

Through collective worship, reflection and our curriculum, pupils are encouraged to regard people of all faiths, races and cultures with respect. To have an open and curious mind about the world around them.

Our PSHE programme supports this, as well as teaching our children about the importance of our British Values and keeping healthy and safe. Children are also encouraged to develop independence, responsibility and make the most of their abilities.
