FOTS Extraordinary General Meeting - Monday 13th April
FOTS would like to invite all parents and carers to its upcoming EGM. The EGM will be held in the school Science Lab at 7:00pm on Monday 13th April. We will be electing new FOTS Committee members and discussing what FOTS have planned for the coming year. It would be great to see you there.
100 Things
Teachers are looking forward to seeing what children have been working on in their 100 Things book in the last week of term. If your child hasn't completed an activity yet this term, please encourage them to do so, so that they have something to share with their teacher and class week commencing 23rd March.
Summer Term Clubs
Next term's Clubs timetable is now available on our website: Trinity After School Clubs
We are pleased to let you know that the following clubs are now open to Reception children - No Limits, MNR Summer Games, Master Builders Lego and AFC Football. The Friday Dance Club is also now opening up to Year 2 children.
Clubs have limited numbers and operate their own waiting lists. Please make sure you make note of when the clubs start and finish each term, as not all clubs run every week.
Growth Mindset Talk - Tuesday 17th March
Our next Parent Information Session Talk will be held on Tuesday 17th March, from 3:45pm in the Hall. This session will explore how developing a growth mindset can help children build resilience, confidence, and a positive attitude towards learning.
Miss Rolfe will run a créche in her classroom for children whose parents are attending the talk, so if you'd like to book your child in please email office.3254@trinity.oxon.sch.uk so we can gauge numbers.
Further details on what will be covered can be found here: Parent information sessions
Red Nose Day - Friday 20th March
On Friday we will be celebrating Red Nose Day in school. Children are invited to wear 'red to toe' (this can be as simple as a red top, socks or accessories). School uniform does not need to be worn on this day. We will be holding a fun whole-school dance party, along with a few other activities. The school council has added an extra challenge and organised a special staff challenge for the children to enjoy, if we reach our target of £500!
If you would like to make a voluntary donation to Comic Relief, we suggest £1, but any amount is greatly appreciated. Please donate via the link: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/rnd26-trinity-church-of-england-primary-school?utm_medium=FR&utm_source=CL&utm_campaign=020
Thank you for your support!
House Mascot Toys
You may have seen in our recent newsletter that we held a competition for pupils to design House Mascots. We now have 4 winning designs and we need to turn them into a reality. If anyone in our Trinity community would be able to take a child's drawing and turn it into a cuddly toy, or if you know someone who might be able to help, then please contact the school office. Thank you.
Trinity win £250 prize
Thank you to all the Trinity pupils who entered the Henley Youth Festival fun run. We were the school with the most entries, meaning Trinity were awarded the £250 prize.
