Assistant Headteacher: Pastoral Care, Behaviour and Inclusion

Start date: April or September 2024

Full time, Monday - Friday, term time plus inset days

We are looking for a confident and inspiring leader who puts the children at the heart of everything they do, empowering the whole school community to support and improve the outcomes for all our children. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, with a particular focus on the pastoral side of leadership.

  • Is an inspirational and positive leader with vision, creativity and drive;
  • Has a strong understanding of teaching and learning and the ability to lead and develop excellent practice;

  • Is strategic, open-minded and can effectively lead through change.
