Thank you to Gillotts School for inviting our Upper Key Stage 2 pupils to a netball tournament this week. The children played superbly, competing against other local schools and showed great sportsmanship. Our Year 5 team won three matches and drew two and Year 6 came second overall.
Children in Reception have been making the most of our newly renovated Early Years building, which now features a lovely, bright, open-plan space where pupils can free flow between the different activities and zones. This is the first part of our development plans for the school over the coming years and is thanks largely to a very generous donation from our amazing PTA, Friends of Trinity School (FOTS).
We’re incredibly proud to celebrate our fantastic Year 6 SATs results – our strongest in years! These outstanding achievements reflect the hard work, resilience and determination of our pupils, the dedication of our amazing staff, and the unwavering support of our parents and carers. A huge congratulations to our wonderful Year 6s – you’ve made the whole Trinity community proud!
Pupils in Key Stage 1 have been enjoying going to our local Pizza Express to learn how to make the perfect pizza. Thank you as always to the parents who gave up their morning to accompany us.
Pupils were invited to take part in a special "Come and Sing" session with Miss Hart, where they had just one hour to learn two songs before performing them for their parents. They rose to the challenge brilliantly and gave a wonderful performance of Tomorrow from Annie and Consider Yourself from Oliver! We are so proud of their enthusiasm, confidence, and talent. Thank you to all the parents who came along to support them. We hope this is something we can do again in the future!
Years 3 and 4 had a fantastic day exploring Cotswold Wildlife Park, discovering amazing animals from around the world and learning all about their habitats. From curious meerkats to towering giraffes, there were smiles, excitement, and plenty of unforgettable memories along the way! A huge thank you to our parent volunteers who accompanied the trip - it would not be possible without your support.
They did it! Congratulations to our Trinity parents and grandparent for completing their 330km non-stop cycle ride to Paris, raising funds for our school, alongside Gillotts and The Chiltern Centre. Please visit the GALLERY page for photos.
The riders would like to thank everyone for the amazing send off; the whole school coming out to cheer us on our way was very special. The weather was glorious and we managed to roll into Paris early evening on the Saturday. Donations are still coming in and we will update you with the final total raised soon, but thanks to everyone's generosity we have far exceeded our fundraising expectations.

What better way to round off a fantastic Sports Day than with the FOTS Summer Fayre! A huge thank you to everyone who donated prizes, volunteered on stalls and came along to support. Events like these bring our school community together and create the memories that our pupils cherish long after they leave Trinity. What a fantastic Sports Day! 🏅We are so proud of every child for taking part with such determination, teamwork and enthusiasm. One of the things that makes this event so special is seeing children from Reception to Year 6 working together, supporting one another and celebrating as a team. It was wonderful to come together as a whole school community, and we are incredibly grateful to our supportive families for cheering on the children throughout the day. Year 5 had a fantastic time taking part in a water sports activity session at the Eyot Centre recently. Throughout the morning they embraced new challenges, developed their teamwork skills, built confidence, and learned a range of exciting new skills. It was wonderful to see them supporting one another and stepping outside their comfort zones in a safe, supportive, and inspiring outdoor environment.
